Ball screw is an ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or converting linear motion into rotary motion. Ball screw is the most commonly used transmission element in tool machinery and precision machinery. Its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or to convert torque into axial repetitive force, while having the characteristics of high precision, reversibility and high efficiency. Due to its small friction resistance, ball screw is widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments. Ball screw consists of screw, nut, steel ball, preload plate, reverser and dust collector. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of ACM screw. The important significance of this development is to change the bearing from sliding motion to rolling motion.

The ball screw is mainly composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball, a fixed seat, a scraper and a return pipe. According to the different circulation systems, it is divided into external circulation type, internal circulation type and end plug circulation type ball screw. The structure of the ball screw is traditionally divided into two types: internal circulation structure (represented by circular reversers and elliptical reversers) and external circulation structure (represented by insert tubes). These two structures are also the most commonly used structures. There is no essential difference in the performance of these two structures, except that the installation and connection size of the internal circulation structure is small; the installation and connection size of the external circulation structure is large. At present, there are more than 10 structures of ball screw pairs, but the more commonly used ones are: internal circulation structure; external circulation structure; end cover structure; cover
