Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the results of the assessment upon the expiration of construction and this year's performance evaluation for the construction of provincial industrial innovation service complexes. The Lishui Linear Motion Components Industrial Innovation Service Complex, operated and managed by Xincheng Company, performed excellently and was rated as "Good" in both assessments. This achievement marks a phased progress of the complex in the development of innovative service capabilities and sustainable development.
This performance evaluation focused on annual operational efficiency and conducted a comprehensive assessment of core indicators including innovation capability (covering tackling key technical problems and efficiency of achievement transformation), quality of enterprise services (including cultivation of high-tech enterprises and effectiveness in breaking through core stuck-neck technologies), and sustainable development capability (such as innovation in operation mode and enhancement of brand influence). The attainment of the double "Good" ratings is a high recognition from the provincial competent departments for the operational effectiveness of the Lishui Linear Motion Components Industrial Innovation Service Complex, as well as a strong affirmation of Xincheng Company's professional operation capability and refined service standard.
As a traditional advantageous industry in Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, Lishui's linear motion components industry has developed for more than 40 years and has become one of the industrial bases with the most complete industrial chain and the highest agglomeration degree in China, accounting for more than 30% of the national mid-to-high-end market share. The construction of the complex aims to connect the innovation chain, industrial chain and capital chain, and promote the upgrading of the industry towards high-end, intelligent and green development. Driven effectively by the complex, the industrial chain has gathered 201 associated enterprises, successfully cultivated 52 national high-tech enterprises and 173 provincial sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises, and spawned a number of model specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprises such as Jiexiang Technology and Tianyu Section Steel.
